PHOTOGraphie 2015 kicks off with PPOC-BC Image Competition judging at the Anvil Centre in New Westminster, Thursday September 24th. Starting at 9:00AM, getting to watch the judging live is a tremendously educational experience, whether you have images entered in the competition or not.
